GET /v1/orgs/{orgSlug}/projects/{projectName}/durable-objects
Requires viewer or higher. Reports how many Durable Objects the project has placed, broken down per node, against the project's caps.
It reports how many, never which. Individual object ids are not listed here; only your application knows what its ids mean.
A project that has placed nothing answers count: 0 and an empty nodes object.
That is a normal answer, not an error.
Placing a new object once count has reached limit is refused with 409 and
the code object_capacity. Objects that already exist keep resolving and being
served. It is a limit on growth, not an outage.
